This is the second in a set that could end up with anywhere between 10 to 15 zines. Obviously due to the random selection of negatives, some zines will be more street focussed while others maybe more personal and some will be a mix of varying content. But it is this random nature of each zine (see previous blog post) with no formal narrative or subject that sort of replicates a day in one’s life which has no linear pattern and can shift from the bedroom to the street to the beach to a restaurant and even to another city or country in the matter of minutes or hours. That is the feeling I want to give the viewer when going through the entire set of zines.
Once all are done I may get them printed and bound to look more professional…although this is still to be decided because I really like the raw feel of the homemade zines.
I am struggling with an indesign problem wherein I am unable to get rid of the gap in the gutter between a double spread image. If anyone knows how to do this please do let me know.
Anyway thanks for visiting and hope you enjoy the zine. And if you have interesting blog please do direct me to the same.
Cheers
